Why use ankle weights?
Divers frequently require ankle weights because the legs of a drysuit are filled with air. The result is that the legs want to float up automatically so ankle weights add negative buoyancy to the ankles and help bring the legs down into a correct horizontal position.
The soft outer shell allows for a comfortable fit around the ankles.
The weights are pre-filled with lead shot
Small: each weight filled with 450g lead shot (length 33-40cm)
Large: each weight filled with 750g lead shot (length 40-46cm)
Ankle weights are supplied as a pair

I purchased a pair of ND 750g ankle weights to sort out a problem with my over-buoyant integral drysuit boots. The weights resolved this issue 100%, shifting some of the weight required for a very buoyant crushed neoprene drysuit off the belt and more comfortably onto the feet. However, be VERY careful not to accidentally activate the ankle weight buckle during a dive. One of the weights dropped off without my realising until the end of a dive but I was fortunate that it was found and returned by a kind (unknown) diver who retrieved it from the depths of Stoney Cove. Despite this one mishap - down to operator error! - I would highly recommend these ankle weights.

Returns, refunds or exchanges?
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.
Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.
