Northern Diver's Optimum gloves in black are available at either a 3mm or 5mm thickness. Our red version are only available as 3mm.

We use a double layer of high-grade polymer to construct our Optimum gloves. From there, we add a Ti-Ax® Thermacote® heat-reflecting lining. This lining is silver to give maximum heat back to the wearer. The Optimum glove interior is also Ti-Glide which makes the gloves easier to take on and off. Along with the Ti-Glide technology, we've used a full size wrist zip to further ensure the gloves are easy to pull on and off, whether they're wet or not. We've created these features so that we can make our wrist seal really tight-fitting. A tight-fitting wrist seal is essential to minimise water migration. While in some gloves this can make it difficult to pull over your hand, we've developed our design to be easier to use and therefore work better for you.

On the exterior of the glove we've added DiamondFlex on back of the hand. Not only does this look great, but it adds greater padding in the event of knocks or scrapes, therefore giving your hands added protection. The palms of the glove and all the fingers are embossed with our Super-Tack technology. This gives you greater control and grip, which is ideal for underwater use.

The Northern Diver Optimum gloves meet the requirements stated in Annex II of the PPE Directive 89/686/EEC.

EU Areas

Please note that due to changes by HMRC, orders being shipped to EU countries will not be shipped on the same day as they are invoiced. EU Orders will now be shipped on the next working day. This only applies to E.U. orders. Domestic and Worldwide shipments remain the same.

Collect In Store?

When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect. Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.

Returns, refunds or exchanges?

You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.

Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.

We aim to deal with all returns and exchanges on the day they arrive, however please allow longer during peak periods.

You can return the item(s) by dropping them off in store or by returning the item(s) by post. We do not insist on a specific courier service for the return, so please use the most economical or appropriate method for returning the item(s).
